Across Polaris Live in Hangzhou: The Beginning

January 1st, 2026 will forever remain a very special date in the history of Across Polaris. On that day, we performed our first official show in the city of Hangzhou, China, as part of a vibrant and inspiring event celebrating the New Year at UTOPIA Music Studio, one of the city’s most active music schools.

The night brought together several bands and emerging musicians, creating a space for connection, learning, and celebration among the next generation of artists shaping Hangzhou’s music scene. It was an honor for us to be part of this event and to share the stage with so much local talent.

An Epic Beginning

We had the privilege of opening the show, officially debuting our new live format. The performance began with a cinematic and epic intro, accompanied by background visuals created specifically for this occasion.

The intro music was composed by Héctor Rivas and Yeffry Marval, setting the tone and identity of this new chapter for Across Polaris from the very first moment.

The Musical Journey

Following the intro, the set unfolded as a journey through our compositions:

• Stardust, opening the set and instantly connecting with the audience.

• Nightmare, diving into a darker and more intense atmosphere.

• Voyager, expanding the sense of exploration and movement.

• The Quantum Self, an original track by Yeffry Marval (Keygenius), closing the show with a strong conceptual and emotional statement.

A Defining Experience

The show was truly wonderful. Beyond the music, what made the night special was the human connection: sharing the stage and the moment with so many future musicians from Hangzhou, feeling their energy, curiosity, and passion for music.

This first performance was not only a debut, but a clear confirmation that we are in the right place, at the right time, building something authentic and meaningful.

We are deeply grateful to UTOPIA Music Studio, the organizers, the participating bands, and everyone who attended and supported the event.

This was only the beginning.
