During a recent visit to an art museum in Hangzhou, members of Across Polaris experienced an unexpected and heartwarming moment. Invited by the cultural organizers of the venue, Yeffry Marval (keyboardist) and Héctor Rivas (bassist) were exploring the gallery when several attendees recognized them as members of the progressive metal band and approached them for photos and autographs.
This spontaneous encounter with fans highlighted the growing impact of Across Polaris in China, and the genuine connection their music is building—reaching far beyond traditional music spaces.
“It was emotional to feel that recognition in a place so different from the stage. It gave us a huge boost and reminded us that our music is truly resonating with people,” said Yeffry after the visit.
Currently finalizing their new single, Across Polaris continues to strengthen their presence in the progressive metal scene across Asia. Moments like these reaffirm the deepening bond between the band and their international audience.
